Aaron Poeze/ExtremeOpenBusiness
As Aboutus wiki allows subpages, it is ideally suited to add to each community member's WikiHomepage or represented Website an ExtremeOpenBusiness (XOB) subpage like this one, which has again other subpages:
- Current Project - Growing XOB? How it relates to broad XOB project when we have more PairedWorkers
- Paired Worker - I guess that would be you atm. Possibly previous PairedWorkers can be in the portfolio.
- [Portfolio] Back to the AaronPoeze page in practice or something more formally structured?
- [Transactions] I guess this will be the financial connection to the XOB. We'll need to think about how we want to run the entity in a financial sense.
- [Initiatives] Is this like achievements? related to BeBold?
- [Offers]
- [Pledges] Seems close to offers.
- [Negotiations]
- [Donations] I'm guessing both from the Personal entity and to the Personal entity? This is kind of a special case transaction.
- ...
- I am thinking here of how to implement the core values of XP we want to transfer such as PairedWorkers, standing meetings, customer involvement, testing. How on earth do we test this?
In this way we get a uniform format, that facilitates interactions between a greater number of xob agile wikizens.
We can establish the Portfolio and Transaction tables on Wiki pages or let them point to GoogleSpreadsheets or EditGrids ,who ideally should have a PayButton.

- I reckon this is a great idea and can form the initial stage of how we document and relate. Feel free to copy over to your page and edit. As we go back and forth we can reach a reasonable balance.
