Lookout Valley Tool & Machine was formed in 1975 as a venture between Jerry Walls and Earl Montieth to provide quality tool, die, and machine shop services to Southeastern Tennessee. Since its inception the company has grown to include over 28,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing facilities and 40 employees in three separate buildings on a centralized campus in the beautiful Lookout Valley outside of Chattanooga, TN.
