As Executive Director of Lookout Mountain Community Services (LMCS), I want to welcome you to our web site. LMCS has been providing mental health, substance abuse, mental retardation or developmental disabilities services to individuals since 1965. LMCS provides services to the four most northwest counties of Georgia: Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, and Walker. We provide these services regardless of one’s ability to pay by using an adjusted fee scale based on one’s income.
