UberPatrolParkingLotFlagging

What (summary)

Augment UberPatrol to improve handling of linkfarm/parkinglot pages in a way similar to the way that we currently handle AdultContent.

Why this is important

Other than us identifying a site as a PL, these have no other value- they are not "rich content". Automating handling of these pages and I think it is one area of editing RC that we could automate, perhaps in a similiar fashion to how we handle AdultContent. Spread across the community staff, I think it could save somewhere around 10 hours a week.

DoneDone

  • Reviewer (aka patroller) determines a website is a ParkingLot and clicks flag in UberPatrol to initiate marking
  • Adds the ParkingLot template to the page (which itself includes Category:LinkFarm )
  • Cleans out all other categories
  • Randomize the edit summary ... what does this mean?
  • Automatically fills in a good, standard edit summary
  • ParkingLot status can always be removed when real content is on the page, just like now and per the current template
