Jean Séguin and Judith Andrews purchased Kitsilano’s renowned The Smoking Dog Bistro in early 2005. Since then, the pair has made some exciting, progressive changes––transforming the traditional, more formal French Bistro into what is today a neighbourhood French-Mediterranean bistro.
