BUY WITH CAUTION FROM QUEEN OF THE BALL! I bought a wig for my wedding at QOTB in March; the website accepted my payment and I looked forward to receiving my wig. When nothing was received after a month, I called the website phone number and spoke to "Mollie", the owner. She said it must have been an oversight and that she would get my wig out overnight mail the next day. Since that call, I have never gottne a hold of anyone at QOTB - calls just go to a mailbox. To this date, and after leaving multiple phone messages and sending E-mails, I have never received my purchase or a refund. This vendor also has an E-Bay store; if you go to the E-Bay store, you will see many comments from recent purchasers who also paid money and never received their purchases; most either had to go to their credit card companies or PayPal to get their money back. This website is a fraud; "Mollie" is accepting people's money everyday and not fulfilling their orders, and/or returning their money. The Queen of the Ball website should be taken down to stop more people from unknowingly ordering and paying for merchandise they will never receive.
