About Us
Schreffler Equipment, Inc. was started in 1948 by Marlin W. Schreffler and is currently run by his son, Randy L. Schreffler, who has ran the business since 1985. A full-line farm, lawn, garden, and recreation business, the Service Technicians include Scott Klinger, Kurt Brown, and Todd Rothermel. Dan Ferster, Andrew Schreffler, Eileen Wetzel, and Randy Schreffler make up the Parts Department. The Sales and Office department is run by Eileen Wetzel and Randy Schreffler.
For years, the business thrived as a repair shop for the local farmers. Truck bodies and covers were built for the local Hucksters as well as hay wagons and wagons for hauling corn. Schreffler Equipment, Inc. offers a full line of New Holland equipment and has since 1960. New Holland manufactures a full line of industry leading hay and forage equipment as well as skid steer loaders and a full line of agriculture tractors. The New Holland tractor line starts with the compact selection, which ranges from 16 to 45 horsepower in the T.C. Boomer Series followed by the T.N. series from 42 to 62 H.P. and the T.L. series from 66 to 82 H.P. New Holland offers the T.S.A. series, which offers units from 80 to 115 horsepower and the T.M. series, which offers units from 95 to 160 horsepower. These are the models of choice for the operator who demands industry leading features, comfort, and reliability. The T.G. series tops the New Holland tractor line with unmatched features and performance in the 170 to 240 horsepower class. The Woods Equipment product line is also featured at Schreffler Equipment, Inc., including all types of mowers, blades, and front-end loaders. For the area homeowner, the New Holland line of lawn and garden equipment is sold here as well.
We also sell the full line of Woods Equipment including the MOW'N MACHINE ZERO-RADIUS Mowers. Poulan-Pro string trimmers, chain saws, and shrub trimmers are sold and serviced here. For the winter enthusiast, Schreffler Equipment, Inc. offers the largest selection of snowmobiles in the area. The Arctic Cat line starts with the kid size Z-120 and ranges in size to the 900cc ZR. They are also an authorized dealer for Polaris Industries, offering the full line of Polaris high performance snowmobiles and accessories. For the outdoorsman, the Polaris ATVs feature engines from 250cc to 700cc. Polaris has fully automatic transmissions as well as on demand 4-wheel drive and unlimited comfort and convenience. Polaris has introduced the 500cc Predator ATV which is also offered at Schreffler Equipment, Inc. for the most demanding sport riders.
