What (summary)
Improve the AdSidebar adult content filter so that fewer non-adult pages are flagged and advertisements show up on more page. Even more importantly, catch more of the pages that actually do have adult content on them so that Google doesn't get angry at us for showing ads on adult pages.
Why this is important
Revenue determines how many resources we have to spend on developing cool features and tools for our community. We need to improve our revenue.

Clean up the page -

Merge the changes with the live branch.Only one file difference. -
Place Adsidebar extension in the right directory. -
Move the filter functionality in a separate class. -
Refactor the code for AdSidebar.php. -

rewrite branch, create_branch, destroy_branch, checkout w.r.t to the new repo. -
Get the dev_tools directory set up at nimbus so that the new branch scripts w.r.t merged repo can be executed. -
get the dev_tools working for the new merged repo so that we can stage on the staging server -
We are getting permission errors while installing apache from source on till(make install). Any help would be great. -
Reinstall apache by source on aboutustest.org. -
Make new branch from the current merged live branch. -
Host the branch at increaseads.aboutustest.org. -
Merge the changes. -
Audit the code and try to refactor it where possible.
