House Agricultural Consultants provides expertise in agricultural management and land use. Services are tailored to individual client needs, from specific one-time consulting tasks to complete development and ongoing management of farms.

Designated as an Accredited Farm Manager and Accredited Rural Appraiser by the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers and as a Certified Professional Agronomist by the American Society of Agronomy. Over twenty years of experience in agricultural consulting, farm management, rural appraisal, and farm-resource development. Bachelor of Science in Crop Ecology from the University of California, Davis, 1975. Active in numerous professional societies including California Certified Organic Farmers and the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (in which he served as president of the California Chapter in 1995). Currently, Mr House is a board member of the Yolo Land Trust, treasurer and member of the board of directors of the California Certified Organic Farmers, and an instructor for the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers, teaching
