Description
A young mother named Beth realized that despite the most advanced medical care and numerous prayers and hopes of her loved ones, that her life was coming to an end after years of battling Ovarian cancer. Before her death, she wanted only to bake cookies with her children one more time and to spend a special vacation with her husband. After her caregivers provided her with the treatments to be able to bake cookies with her two young children, they surprised her with a Valentine's Weekend by the sea in Cape May, New Jersey with her husband.
Her Heart's Wish exists because Beth wanted other women to be given the same opportunity to have their wishes become a reality. Even though Beth died shortly after she returned home from her final Valentine's Day weekend, the memories of her happiness at the end of her life have provided a sense of comfort to those she left behind.
