Clearview Women’s Center focuses on borderline personalty disorder, trauma and abuse, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, dependent personality disorder, eating disorders, and substance use disorders One of few programs of its kind nationally, The Center specializes in treating women who have significant difficulties with emotional regulation and associated psychiatric conditions. Our exclusive program treats only six women at a time, allowing for personal attention to each patient. Treatment is delivered in the comfort of a beautiful residential home located in Venice, California, one mile from the Pacific Ocean.
Clearview Women’s Center is specifically designed to treat Primary Psychiatric Disorders. We are licensed by the state of California for the treatment of Mental Health Disorders.
Our intensive individual and group therapy program utilizes:• Dialectical Behavior Therapy
• Mentalization based interventions • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) • Somatic TherapyOur unique program is designed to help women who struggle with emotional reactivity, relational conflicts, impulse control, and/or self-harmful behaviors. These difficulties disrupt intimate, social, and professional relationships with damage to family structure or work life. Typically, our patients have histories of early or unresolved trauma. Identifying and treating the symptoms of trauma is a hallmark of the Clearview Model.
Women admitted to the center often have traits of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or a diagnosis of BPD.
