Each of us has the answers we need to succeed in life. Sometimes our life experiences conspire to make us lose our own unique voice, the healthy one that guides us along. With the help of a trusted friend, family member, or psychotherapist we can access our inner resources and find our way again.
From my own experience I have learned that hope is the most powerful motivator of all. It is my job as a therapist to open the door to hope for my clients.
I earned a Bachelors degree from Hollins University and a Master of Social Work from New York University. I am a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
