The Executive Board of the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) has appointed Dr. Frannie Léautier as the new Executive Secretary. A Tanzanian national, she brings a wealth of experience to the Foundation, having served as Vice President of the World Bank and Head of the World Bank Institute from December 2001 to March 2007.
