| − | Help and travel Nepal : will give you free airport pick-up service When you are arrived in Kathmandu Airport. In your first arrival day you are free and taking rest ,We arrange your aacomodation in kathmandu at hotel for your traning period. Depending on your program length. We provided cultural and nepali languages training and city tour in kathmandu. This basic training program to prepare you for the cultural differences, to understand enough Nepali language in a village where few English speakers live. We give you traning 2 to 5 days and 2 hour each day in the morning time,depending on your program and During your volunteer training period, We also give you city tour with guide 2 to 4 hour each day in kathmandu

| − | After your training in the first phase , volunteers transfer to host family or orphanage home in the kathmandu /chitwan/pokhara or dhulikhel to prepare you for your placement where you will be staing with nepali family and eating nepali food. In this phase, volunteer are doing working and learn more nepali culture and village life style in Nepal. After this second phase you can also join to adventure program like jungle safari, Rafting or trek.
