It is with great excitement that I congratulate Pattycaker and EVOLVED for their promotion to Operative status. Both have spent time with BLU4 and have proven that they are capable of working under intense pressure, and can do so while representing BLU4. Pattycaker has been promoted to the position of Covert Operations Coordinator, while EVOLVED's new position is Director of Internal Security Operations.
