Are you looking for a good and cost effective source for your Aluminum Prototype Casting and Bronze Casting needs? We have Prototype Castings via the Rapid Prototyping method. Also short run Aluminum Castings.
Prototypes are made either by the plaster or air-set sand process from Stereolithography Master or other Rapid Prototyping means as well as traditional wood mockup patterns. The type of casting dictates the method that we use, unless specified by our customer.
The aluminum alloys for our Aluminum Castings we pour are 319, 356 and 380. We can also provide a T5 & T6 Heat Treat if so required.
Short runs of castings can be made off of loose patterns, without follow boards, to reduce cost & save time. Some jobs require rubber tooling for plaster molds, or plastic tooling for sand molds. This tooling can be produced in-house off of a supplied pattern. If a pattern does not exist, one can be built by the traditional hand method.
