Featured Project -- Alamús Day Care Center
Els Alamús, a small village of seven hundred inhabitants, is situated on a hill in the middle of the plain of Lleida. It is surrounded by a landscape that includes agricultural fields, fruit trees and a geometric landscape that was planned and designed, as a result of the engineering and planning of XVStudio's team.
The nursery is located on the border between the town and the countryside, next to the only road. It is surrounded by a sports area, an orchard that will be transformed into a plaza and a slope that separates the level of houses and countryside.

About Xavier VilaltaThe company is headed by Xavier Vilalta who is an emerging architect and the leader of a team of eight brilliant and creative people. Xavier has been educated in Barcelona at Barcelona School of Architecture and the United States where he studied at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. Being a young architect (born 1980), Xavier already has a versatile portfolio which contains already completed projects such as the castellots project or the master plan of the new horse club of Lleida. |
Sobre Xavier VilaltaLa compañía está dirigida por Xavier Vilalta el cual es un arquitecto emergente dirigiendo a un equipo de ocho brillantes y creativas personas. Xavier ha estudiado en Barcelona en la Escuela de Arquitectura y en los Estados Unidos donde estudió en el Illinois Institute of Technology en Chicago.
