- Ian Willets started trading as Willets Scale Models in 2004 and has been delivering highly detailed British railway carriage and heritage diesels to customers worldwide ever since. Working in both 4mm (00 gauge) and 7mm (0 gauge) scales we have an extensive product portfolio, with almost everything in our galleries repeatable and most other diagrams available. All our models are hand made, including fully detailed interiors, by Ian Willets from quality materials such as brass or white metal. After construction models are then painted to your specification by Dave Studley, a renowned expert in the field.
