The Restaurant Seoul Galbi is operated by owner chef Grace. Grace had learned coooking korean dishes from her mother who was very talented in cooking traditional korean dishes, a favorite of Korean upper class. Grace has been a California registered nurse for more than 20 years.
She was very interested in opening authentic korean restaurant and so she did establish Seoul Galbi Restaurant in Temecula, California in 2004.
Grace has philosophy of cooking with natural ingredients and stay away from msg, sugar and meat tenderizers. Grace's professional nurse carreer made her to be more keen on healthy cooking with quality and fresh materials.
