- Well, at least, that's the official statement. You see, I had fallen in love with film music as a kid but I had never thought to take it out of the cinema or the VCR (we're in the 80's) with me. Upon reaching adulthood, I made a rather innocent purchase of a "Conan the Barbarian" cassette as a point of interest. Little did I know that this tape would propel me to fall in love with film music as its own entity.
