Our company is a family-owned business dedicated to the swift and courteous handling of damage claims in our area. If you need to contact us you will probably speak with Anthony. I have over 25 years experience in furniture repair and handling claims. After college, I spent 3 years driving semi-trucks for Mayflower® Transit, Inc. - back and forth to Florida in the 70's when there was a buck to be made in the business. Of all of us here, I do understand what a claim can mean after a move these days. From there, I went to work at the Brasero Furniture Co in Scarsdale, NY learning the fine art of furniture repair, finishing and refinishing from The Fabulous Ernesto Brasero. 13 years later it was back to Mayflower® Transit, Inc. and adjusting claims "in-house".
Now as an adjuster-salesman-diplomat-service tech for DeMilio Restorations, I have the opportunity to apply my unique knowledge of the business for the benefit of the companies who are able to track us down.
My partner and younger brother, Joseph, has spent his first 12 years after college building, repairing and selling fine guitars and accessories in his Joy Music Stores in the Bronx, NY. After some doing the brothers decided to combine efforts and create a quality furniture restoration company that would encompass southeastern New York State and southcentral Connecticut. Although we do not advertise, our shops are usually full. The past 8 years has seen DEMILIO RESTORATIONS concentrating 90% of our efforts on the prompt and courteous handling of damage claims big and small for companies all across the United States who deliver in the New York ~ Connecticut areas and experience difficulties at destination.
