We have high power stand up sunbeds for only 50 pence a minute with sauna included. We hold spinning classes and have a private ladies suite which is fully equipped. There is a relax area and fully equiped weight room. Premier Fitness also does resistance training.
Our facilities include a cardio zone and a stetch zone. In our relax area, there is esspresso coffee, protein drinks and food. We have 8000 sq ft of floor area and that makes us the largest in Bedford.
