- Phill is a native and life long resident of the Columbus, Ohio area. Being raised by his grandparents lead to a heavy influence of common-sense, old-time values - a 'somewhat' conservative outlook - Phill could not buy into either of the standard political party's platforms, thus is registered as an Independent. After being educated in the area and employed as a computer programmer, Phill is psuedo-retired (long story) and is currently 48 years of age. He also typed this and thinks that speaking of yourself in the third-person is pretty damned strange!
