Ron Babcock and Ryan McKee started Modest Proposal in 2003 as an independent comedy magazine. Over the next three years, they published six issues. Once a man on the street shouted at Ron & Ryan that the printed word was dying. At the time, they mocked that man as a crazy homeless bum. Now they’re starting to think he’s right. As of now, there are no plans to publish new magazines.
