- Chief Larry S. Davidson, Sr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of MASA, LLC. Chief Davidson brings to this position a total of 19 years of law enforcement experience and a desire to foster cooperative relationships between the communities he serves and the various law enforcement agencies that he supports. Chief Davidson has served more than 14 years as an officer of the Baltimore City Police Department, where he received diverse experience as a patrol officer & investigator for the Drug Unit in the Northwestern communities. Additionally, he was also selected to manage and oversee program operations for a police sponsored program for youths in Northern Baltimore called the Police Athletic League (P.A.L.). Prior to joining the Police Department, Chief Davidson served approximately five years as a member of the elite 82nd Airborne Military Police Division in Ft. Bragg, NC where he participated in major military campaigns; such as "Operation Just Cause" in Panama, "Operation Desert Shield" in Saudi Arabia as well as "Operation Desert Storm" in Iraq. Upon receiving an Honorable Discharge from the military he joined the 8830th Reserve Unit in Ft. Meade, MD as a Military Police Drill Sergeant. Chief Davidson has a wide array of expertise as a result of his training as a law enforcement officer in both civilian and combat settings. He continues to educate himself in this field as he has received his certification with the Maryland Police Training Commission (M.P.T.C.). As President and CEO of Mid-Atlantic Security Agency, Chief Davidson will strive to provide the highest levels of standards in security, law enforcement and investigative services for each client.
