Walter Mitchell was recently named chairman of the Registration Committee. This group will focus on increasing the Republican registration in Luzerne County. Walter, a longtime party worker, committee person and mayor of Bear Creek Village, presented the Executive Committee with some novel ideas for registration drives and efforts.
