- Jerry has been selling real estate in the Saddleback Valley for almost 30 years. Raised in the Northern California city of Martinez, Jerry became aware that the best way to help others was to make sure that their financial stability was sound and he graduated from the University of Denver with a BSBA degree majoring in finance. After a stint in the Marines, he became a stockbroker in San Francisco and a property manager in Santa Clara. At that time, his family needed his expertise in selling and he promptly moved to Lake Tahoe to manage one of his family’s 8 men’s clothing shops. Commuting to all the stores took its toll and Jerry and his family moved to Orange County in the early 70’s. By this time, his family totaled 5 and real estate was starting to take off. Why not get a RE license? He and his brother Jon, had developed an electric car that didn’t fly, so this seemed like a logical choice for a college graduate with a degree in finance. Jerry blossomed into a fine agent and worked for Century 21 Lake Viejo. He received his broker’s license in 1982 and hasn’t looked back. Besides being a superstar, Jerry became the company’s relocation director, the manager and CFO. Many hats!!. In the 90’s, Jerry decided to add to his many talents and even became a lender. In 2002, he married his soul mate and now he and his beautiful wife Rosemary have 5 children (her two girls, his three boys) and together they have 12 grandchildren. Yes, he still has time to play golf at Laguna Woods and hangs his license at the premier real estate office in Laguna Woods Village, Laguna Woods Properties. “They have a lot to offer including their own escrow company and a 1st class lender right on the premises”, he said. “The agents are professional and the management does everything possible to ensure transactions close promptly”. Jerry’s motto is: "YOUR WISH IS MY COMMAND” What a guy!!
