Eldon became a Christian in 1970, while in the US Air Force, and came to Indianapolis in 1971, where he has been the owner/manager of Environment Control, a contract janitorial service since that time. He has been a member of the Indianapolis Committee since 1974, and has served in a variety of leadership positions, including Chairman (1994-96). He has shared his testimony in most of the committees throughout Indiana, as well as some in surrounding states. He has been active in assisting all of the committees in the Greater Indianapolis area in various ways. His passion is discipling men for Jesus Christ.
