Hottrax Records is an independent record label located in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 1975 as a subsidiary of Dance-A-Thon Records, Hottrax became the flagship company label in 1979. Florida-based new wave act, The Bop, was the first alternative rock group to have a record released on the label. The Dance-A-Thon label has since been reserved for "World" or international type music.
