I received my education in Hong Kong. In 1977, I began working for lawyers until I left Hong Kong in 1995. In 1986 I received a Higher Certificate in Legal Executive Studies issued by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and became one of the first Hong Kong trained Legal Executives. I specialized in real estate and corporate matters. As a Legal Executive, I have to advise clients on matters relating to landlord and tenant, probate as well as litigation. I am also a holder of law clerk certificate issued by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, with four seals in real estate, corporate law, estate administration and litigation. I am a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board and Mississauga Real Estate Board since 1997.
