is a company that allows one to send the perfect gift with a card. We aren't selling cards, we are packaging a gift service that is fun, safe, and will keep you coming back for all holidays and/or events. Our unique package allows you to choose the card, add your personalized message, enter information, and send! You don't need to guess what the receiver wants, they do that! Once the card is delivered, usually within minutes, your recipient gets an e-mail letting them know that you sent them a GiftinCard.com
. (You will also receive a message indicating the card was delivered.) They open the e-mail that you sent and view the card. There is a box near the card letting them know this card contains money. Once the money greeting box is clicked on, they are asked how they would like to spend it. If they need cash, they can click on the "SEND CHECK" box. If they want to shop, they click on the "SEND GIFT CERTIFICATE" box. (For their own privacy, you will not know if they selected a gift certificate or check.) Whatever they choose they will certainly enjoy their GiftinCard.com
was created from an idea at a family dinner outing on January 5, 2002. It was then that we discovered that neither of us had mailed our niece's birthday card. With the hectic Holiday season winding down, we had just forgotten to mail it. So we started wondering if there was a secure Internet site that a person (ok let's be honest here) procrastinator could e-mail a card with a gift of money or merchandise attached. We discovered there were places you could e-mail a gift certificate with a card, but the selection was not that great and if the receiver preferred money, they were stuck with the certificate. (The Jelly of the Month Club is nice but does get old every year!)
