- First Sound Media Productions started out as a radio show way back around 1999, called The Sound of Country with Ying Ying. Ying Ying is actually Ms. Chen Ying of Shanghai, China. All of her fans, and there are millions of them, lovingly call her Ying Ying. To Americans and the rest of the Western world, she's known as Cathy Chen. As a matter of fact, that's how the Country Music Association knows her, as she is the only member of the CMA in China.
