Teacher sign-up is free. findateacher.Net was made for teachers by teachers and is NOT a language school. Rather, it is a nationwide network of private teachers who run thier own classes or schools. Teachers are not obligated to make a contract with findateacher.Net and findateacher.Net doesn't tell teachers what or how to teach (but will do our best to help if a teacher requests advice). We never decide how much teachers should charge for lessons OR take any money from lesson fees like some matching services.
Teachers and non-teachers - whatever your status in Japan: a full time teacher, a foreign exchange student, in the military, in Japan on business, and so on. Anyone can use findateacher.Net to locate students. However, you must plan to be in Japan for at least 3 months to sign up.
