== Our tenth issue of Epicenter features poetry by Carol Hamilton, Rich Yurman, Joddy Murray, Christine Kravetz, John Oliver Simon, Andrey Gritsman, Karla Clark, and B.J. Best. We have short stories too, one by Dimitri Keriotis and another essay by Norman Ball.
Epicenter: A Literary Magazine began publishing in 1994 from Riverside California. We publish poetry, short-stories, essays, and artwork. We are open to a wide variety of styles and subjects. We have published many authors including Ilya Kaminsky, Virgil Suarez, Stephen Pyle, Guy R Beining, Zdravka Evtimova, Egon H. E. Lass, B.Z. Niditch, Roibeard Ui-Neill, Buzzsaw, Alexander Chertok, and Randy Koch.
In the past the Editorial Board has paid for the printing, mailing, and promotion of the magazine. As we have grown we have gained support from our readers, contributors, rich relatives, drunken bankers, and change from my mom's couch.
We have decided that the magazine has outgrown our previous informal structure. In order to gain wider circulation, we felt we need a more formal structure and decided to incorporate as a non-profit. We are posting our Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws here for those who are interested and because as a non-profit, copies of these documents need to be made public.
You can receive a subscription to Epicenter: A Literary Magazine for a donation of $28.00, or back issues for $7.00.
Epicenter is a literary periodical based in Riverside, California. We publish poetry, short-stories, essays, and artwork. We are open to a wide variety of styles and subjects. Please limit yourself to five pieces per submission. Send us poetry with vivid imagery and fresh ideas. Any style is acceptable. We are not adverse to graphic images if we feel the work has literary merit.

If you wish to receive a reply please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) with your submission. Include enough postage for the return. If you desire a response but do not wish your work to be returned, please indicate so in a cover letter.
Due to the volume of e-mail submissions, we do not respond unless we wish to use a piece. Upon acceptance, payment will be in publication plus one copy of the magazine. We retain one-time publication rights and the right to publish your submission on our website. All rights then revert to the author.

Due to the volume of e-mail submissions, we will only respond if we wish to use a piece.
Artwork Submissions:
Submitting artwork on-line is a bit of a challenge. For reproduction quality we need scans of 300 dpi or higher but for e-mail opening we need lower resolutions. So when submitting artwork on-line, send low resolution and if we wish to use your work we will arrange to get the higher resolution scans.
