Both limits are abolished when you buy a premium account.
The service also gives you a way to earn money and free premium status. After you sign up any time you earn 15000 ePoints (1 download equals 1 or more ePoint) per 30 days, you'll get a free premium for a month. Premium accounts of any length can be bought with received ePoints and finally those ePoints can be reclaimed as cash through PayPal, ePassporte, WebMoney or Wire Transfer.
