Description
When I was in high school, I was asked to be a peer tutor in mathematics. I accepted and shortly there after was hooked on teaching. Since that time, I have made time within my schedule to tutor or teach. Nothing I have done has ever compared to the thrill of seeing a person's face light up when they really understand a new concept.
I have bachelor of arts degrees in biology, chemistry and computer science. I hold master of science degrees in medicinal chemistry and computer science.
I have taught classes at the junior college and college level for the past 12 years on a part time basis. I started tutoring in math and science when I was in high school and have worked with students one-on-one since that time on an informal or formal basis ever since.
