I live on the Marlborough Downs in Wiltshire UK and usually have a ride on my mountain bike (it's an Overbury's made with Reynolds 531 MTB tubing) each week - quite often along the Ridgeway track (about 4000 years old - running from Avebury [where there are fantastic stone circles that you can walk amongst] towards London).
I trained to be a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, getting my teaching diploma February 2002. I have full professional insurance for my teaching. I have been practising yoga regularly for about 10 years - mainly because it transformed my body and life - so I know its value. I try to transfer my enthusiasm and life enhancing techniques to my students.
