Both a mathematician and a programmer at heart, I’m someone who can neither practice without theory, nor theorize without practice. My intellectual interests range from geometry and algebra, to game development and programming languages. I work as a PhD student in computational geometry at the Algorithms group of the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. My current research is on dynamic map labeling and continuous generalization for interactive maps.
