CorpMeetings is powered with technology created and built by the development team of IdeaStar, one of the premier Web technology design and development firms in Cleveland, Ohio. Our company evolved from a presentation support company that spent fifteen years producing multimedia shows for corporate meetings and events. During these years, we worked closely with planners, doing our part to make their events successful.
In serving meeting planners, we learned that registration and tracking are labor-intensive, time consuming, nerve-wracking, and costly. So, when our company made the transition from computer-driven multimedia presentations to Web development, one of the items on our agenda was to develop an application that would automate the meeting invitation and registration processes. The main criterion was to make it simple for non-technical people to administer.
We studied the requirements and went to work. The result is CorpMeetings, a Web-based invitation and registration tool that significantly cuts the time you spend preparing, tracking, and managing your events.
