Description
Dear friend my name is Ali Ghambari. I have been in the coffee business since 1985 starting with B&O Espresso on Capitol Hill. In 1989, I partnered with B&O Espresso to open a new location on Broadway followed by a second location on Cherry Street in Pioneer Square in 1992.
In 1998, I decided to form my own company, Cherry Street Coffee House. We still continue a great connection and relationship with B&O that continually makes us smile. We have exclusive use of B&O baked goods and desserts. We also use the same blend of coffee that is roasted exclusively for Cherry Street Coffee House and B&O Espresso.
In 1998, the second Cherry Street Coffee House was opened in Belltown between Lenora and Blanchard. June 2004 welcomed the opening of our third location on 3rd Avenue and Marion in downtown. This year, March 2005, we opened our fourth location at the corner of 1st Avenue and Clay Street in Belltown. Now, with the serving of Persian influenced dinners at our Belltown locations, meeting with friends and enjoying our great ambiance is just the icing on the cake.
