Blackthorn is the trading name of Blackthorn Environmental Limited, a company founded by Julian Hammond in 1996 with venture capital backing. The company is based in Chichester on the South Coast of England.
Our primary activity is the design and supply of sophisticated exhaust systems in order to solve problems in the areas of emissions and noise. Most of our customers are in the off-highway and industrial sectors, encompassing materials handling, tunnelling and construction, and power generation. From a geographical perspective we focus on the UK and other European markets although we also welcome enquiries from other regions.
