“I remember, just about a year ago, I stepped into this cafe with my daughter, Maddy to get some coffee and there was something that touched me about the place. . . . Something VERY special! I somehow knew, I would be revisiting this 82 Main Street Cafe again, sometime and someway! So, on July 4th, 2008, I opened "Beth's Kitchen Cafe" at this very location. After 25 years of working in the food service industry, I finally understood what my strong connection to the business was.
