The Trusts prime objective is to offer people the opportunity to train and be trained to become competent trades people in the following industries, Plumbing Industry, Gas Industry, Drainlaying Industry The Trust is a Group Organisation similar to the type that is used successfully in Australia. The Trust currently employs 250 apprentices and have trained over 400 apprentices who have become valued tradespeople and some have become Master Plumbers, started up their own business and taken on apprentices themselves...through the Trust of course. The Trust employs the majority of the Plumbing apprentices in Auckland and continues to expand. More and more employers are realising that benifits of using the Trust cuts out the paperwork and other hassles that are associated with taking on apprentices.
