Andy Reinland is responsible for financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and information technology at F5. Reinland joined the company in 1998 as Senior Finance Analyst and later served as Vice President of Finance. In the latter capacity he reported to the company's Chief Financial Officer and held primary responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, and provision of direct financial support to the company's business functions.

- Prior to joining F5, Reinland was CFO for RTIME, Inc., a developer of real-time 3-D software for Internet applications, which was acquired by Sony.
