Tom is the President and CEO of Anderberg Construction Consulting, Inc. He has more than 37 years of industry experience with drainage, foundations, seismic and water intrusion problems.
Over the past several decades, Tom has consulted with literally thousands of homeowners and leading real estate companies to help clients understand their structural issues. By offering multiple ways at looking at solving their problems, he helps his clients assess their needs so they make the right decisions.
As a former Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineer and farmer, Tom specializes in simplifying the complex structural problems that residential homes may have by educating clients in a clear and compelling style. Tom has become well known for his personalized commitment and unique way of helping his clients clearly understand the concerns they have so they can make “Best Decisions based on Best Advice.”
Tom and his wife Theresa have three daughters and reside in Oakland, CA. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Tom enjoys travel, scuba diving and watching his daughter on the soccer field.
