During his 16 years of captaining Ampersand, Steve has overseen and led many projects, ranging from large distributed database implementations, to SIP and VoIP implementations, from IT governance to real-time software design and implementation. Steve has been an active member of the IP Communications community since 2000, and is a regular speaker at industry events. He is actively involved in network neutrality issues.
