Alouette
Description
Excerpted from the website:
- Chantal and KennethGin broke new ground on the Upper West Side with Alouette (a Eurasian bird which served as a symbol of the owner’s marriage), an upscale contemporary French restaurant with very reasonable prices. Alouette was created because the owners wanted to fill a culinary void on the Upper West side.
- The Gins chose critically acclaimed restaurant designer Ilan Waisbrod to transform the duplex into a cozy and intimate setting bathed in rich, golden hues, with a balcony framed with red crimson velvet curtains.
