I grew up in a family owned Wicker & Rattan Furniture store, where I learned Craftsmanship from my Dad. I began doing repairs to damaged Wicker & Rattan furniture. At 22 I began Re-Caning chairs, first Press Cane then Hand Caning. I learned to Rush chairs using Fiber Rush Material. Danish Chairs began coming in to be repaired, so I taught Myself to do the 40's style Wegner Danish Modern Corded Chairs. I later learned to do a variety of Splint Woven & Raw Hide seats too! Relocating near Portland Or. in 1990, I restarted My craft in Tigard Oregon. Business flourished! Many furniture stores & antique shops recommend me. Never without work, backlogs may be 2 weeks to 3 months. With my Website in 1998, I began getting inquiries from around the US & world!
