REVIEW OF 7STEPDIET
The 7 Step Diet is the brain child of 7 Step Diet, Inc., we are unclear about who exactly 7 Step Diet, Inc is. Clearly it would be better if we could get some information about the company, as well as the weight loss specialists behind this diet plan, but that information was unavailable. The 7 Step Diet website promises weight loss of “7 pounds in 7 days” and “up to 30 pounds in 30 days”; clearly that is a lot of pounds and a big guarantee. Frankly, this is not a new guarantee in the world of weight loss systems and plans. We believe often troubled overweight individuals are seduced into buying plans based on outrages promises of large amounts of weight loss. We will inspect the 7 Step Diet plan in order to try to discern fact from fiction, as well as see if it presents something innovative in terms of dieting.

REVIEW OF 7 Step Diet
Clearly, this is a diet plan with no ingredients; however, we will thoroughly explore the concepts used in this plan. The 7 Step Diet appears to be another metabolism based weight loss plan. The website, once you sign up, provides you with tools to supposedly assess what type of metabolism you have, so that you and the website can create a plan that is the tailored for you. The plan indicates that since this is a metabolism based system the times you eat, how much you eat, what you eat, and how the food is prepared are all very important. We were glad to see that this plan does stress some exercise. They apparently provide a tailored exercise plan.
