Pacific Tractor Puller's Association is a small association in Central Valley, California. We are west coast tractor pullers covering California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada. In November 2004, PTPA merged with several other tractor pulling associations throughout California including Stockton, Santa Maria, and Tulare.
